The staff have all been lovely and extremely helpful with everything we have needed, we have had complimentary freshly baked cookies dropped off to us in the evening, the room has been cleaned well and promptly every day and the tempur beds are wonderful - a little different at first but we love them.

4. My pet peaves were all addressed here: plenty of big white towels in the bathroom (not the standard kimpton 2), complimentary wifi (for any hotel more expensive than $100/night, it should always be free), friendly front desk staff.

8. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which includes bagels, toast, cakes, cereal and fruit but if you fancy something more substantial then next door is a good bet.

The complimentary conti breakfast was great - a selection of pastries / bagels / croissants / cereals / fruits and coffees avail from 7-11am with 3 choices of newspapers in the gorgeous bar area - we sat in the window overlooking bustling Rivington St most mornings in the sun next to rockstars and celebs with their agents - its a very trendy hotel (not really for kids, nor is the area).
