1. We did not eat at the hotel as just too many options within walking distance and all the staff recommendations were first class.

The hotel itself is great, the location in the Lower East Side is great for exploring the nearby area, East Village, Greenwich Village, and up to Union Square, all really within walking distance, plus you have a few subway lines around the corner to hop on and get you into Midtown for the normal NYC sightseeing.

5. Easy walk to SoHo, Greenwich Village, etc. Had a high corner room which had two complete floor-ceiling glass walls, offering spectacular views of the South and East and a great sunrise.

7. I would say the hotel is perfect located to explore Manhattan by feet if you like to walk around a little bit.
