1. We were in two different rooms during our stay (more on this later) and both of them were 'partial ocean view' but I don't think a full ocean view upgrade could have been much better.

2. The first room was 1771 in the Ainahau wing and is a corner room which gave us a great view of the oceam from the balcony.

The location is great and the view from our room was perfect, but the hotel was overly crowded 24 hours of the day, lifts were slow and the hotel was filled with nothing but tour groups from the asian region which made it difficult as all they did was push you out of the way and squeezed into the lifts.

5. Wireless does not function in the higher tower, but the view makes up for it and my wife was happy out that.
