1. The room was clean and had no problems, In fact on arrival they upgraded us from a pool view to a Dlx ocean view room and also they sent us a fruit basket and chocolates from the manager which was VERY nice.

There was a misunderstanding with the internet usage as we thought you used 20 minutes in the day, not in one go, it wasnt expalined to us properly when we checked in, and when we complained about the additional internet charges & the misunderstood procedure of their usage, the lady in the front desk took it to the Manager who deleted the extra internet charges from our bill almost immediately.
