1. Things like the wallpaper peeling a bit or an older faucet on the shower didn't bother me.

2. The room itself was spacious enough for the 4 people in 2 queen beds; we only used the rooms to sleep and shower so not a big deal for us.

Pros:- Excellent location (5 min walk to everywhere - beach, market, dining options, etc.)- Cheaper than other starwood or hiltion properties in Waikiki- Resort fee of $12 includes internet access (wired only - at least in our tower), beach towels/ chair & parking (we used the parking a fair bit, driving in & out multiple times)- clean rooms with a decent shower / bathroomCons:- Ancient rooms, with furniture & furnishings in desperate need for renovation.

4. they did, from beach service, bell service, activities center, internet and even a courtesy room to use on our last day of trip, so we could shower and clean up before flying out on a late flight.

7. We had a late flight out the last day and they kept our luggage and let us use a courtesy/complimentary room for an hour to shower and clean up before heading to the airport - a great service!- ask for it at the desk if you have a late flight out your last day.
