2. i have always said as long as you get a clean room what does it matter where its at, afterall if your going to hawaii your going to see it not the inside of a high priced luxury suite, if you are you shouldnt be going to hawaii.

3. When we did finally get into the suite, we found to be huge, basically a full apartment, but riddled with mold and mildew, and very dated.

4. we arrived at 9am, they gave a temporary suite for a couple of hours to have a shower etc. Our room was ready at 12.30pm which was great.
