1. The staff that we dealt with were pleasant and worked efficently to solve the problems that arose (more on that later).

7. We noticed that since we are practically local (from the Big Island) most staff everywhere in Oahu are either very, very rude or just ignores us completely -- but we're glad this hotel is the exception and treats everyone equally.

You don't have to, but we find our room is always so much better when we come back and we really do appreciate those who clean up after us so we want them to know that :)STAFFMost times, the staff is nice and will go out of their way to help you or greet you at the least which we really appreciate.
