1. In the bathroom a protective plexiglass on the side of the shower cubicle was broken and one cannot open the door without noticing it - it was unrepaired for at least 5 days, so it tells you how much they care.

2. Admittedly, it is in a great location, direct across from the Convention Center, but I feel for this price, the hotel should be better updated, The shower was terrible, low water pressure and confusing on/off.
