5. The first impression is not great because the entrance leads right into the hair salon which is busy, noisy and too brightly lit but once you get back into the spa, it becomes much quieter and everything was spotlessly clean.

9. So when my sister and I showed up (on time since we rushed to the hotel!) at the spa, we were met with the rudest employee who told her that her appointment was cancelled and there was nothing to do they could do about it.
