1. No complain at all, with 2 exceptions:- The fees to access the Internet from their business center are outrageous- The wireless is only accessible from the lobby.

5. A couple of complaints: The business center is monetized so that you can't really use it without paying for the service, although it's a nominal fee (just a headache).

9. Once receiving my boarding pass, I was quite astonished that they didn't ask me if I had any checked baggage, since one of the reasons to do online check in is so that you don't need to pay the additional fees of checking in at the airport.
