3. There is no wireless services in the room, which was a surprise to me, since I assumed that a hotel name such as the Hilton would have wireless service in the rooms, especially since some of the budget hotels provides complimentary wireless internet services in the room.

4. If you need to print boarding passes, the front desk will complimentary print your boarding passes, although they will do it for you, in which case, you would need to provide the necessary information to them.

7. Complimentary shampoo/conditioner that seemed to be decent (at least not watered down), a hairdryer, decent soap, quick hot water, and towels that are decently thick and fluffy.
