10. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great (even had a free breakfast one morning because they were late getting started so they graciously refused to charge me!) The only thing I found a little odd about this hotel, (especially given the healthy price of the room) was the absence of certain amenities in the room - including a shower cap, a safe, drinking glasses in the bathroom, and a refrigerator.
