1. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable (more that our select comfort), showers with good pressure and plenty of hot ward.

10. The shower was cold, and I had to run it for 10 minutes (no exaggeration!) before I had hot water in the shower-and sometimes in the middle of the shower the tub would suddenly turn on and I'd have to struggle with it to get it back to a shower again.
