3. Room was fine, staff was friendly and helpful but there were very few staff members so it took forever to have room made up and there was very little help in the restaurant.

With single digit temps outside too warm was okay:) The staff was pleasant, free covered parking a deal, the free breakfast at the attached diner was PERFECT, (although if you like strong coffee bring your own VIA), the shortbread -like cookies they put out in the afternoon were delicious, and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

10. A couple of other things I was pleased with was the complimentary continental breakfast provided by Krewson`s restaurant located in the Shilo Inn, and the close proximity of the hotel to the activities of our convention taking place at the Salt Palace across the street.
