2. Parking was free which was nice for downtown but was almost completely full the first night- we had to wait for a space- this is because its also a public pay parking lot so if enough people are paying there aren't spaces for all the guests.

With single digit temps outside too warm was okay:) The staff was pleasant, free covered parking a deal, the free breakfast at the attached diner was PERFECT, (although if you like strong coffee bring your own VIA), the shortbread -like cookies they put out in the afternoon were delicious, and lots of restaurants within walking distance.
