On the down side: * the AC unit in the room was very loud and kept us up through much of the night;* there was a shortage of AC outlets in the room;* we were unable to access either the wi-fi network or the Internet via Ethernet cable from the room (and were told no wi-fi was available on the second floor); * the hotel closed at 10 pm and was good but overpriced (see Yelp and other forums for Relish Burger Bistro);* the shower was difficult to figure out;* the front desk did not answer the phone when we called for wake-up calls and other items around 11 p.m.;* it took about 30 minutes to fulfill a request for additional towels.

8. In the morning, when we went to shower, we found that the bathtub valve to change the water to the shower head was missing, and that the floor was really filthy, and the shower curtain was moldy.

9. The bathroom was just your standard, typical hotel bathroom with toilet, tub/shower combo, and counter with sink, mirror, etc. There were plenty of towels.
