6. The staff was ok, the first time my room wasn't ready even though I had requested early check-in so they did offer to hold my luggage for me while I went to my meetings.

10. I will start with check in where I waited 30/40 minutes to check in while people kept going around the line to speak with employees at the front desk and were not advised they had to wait in line like everyone else.
