1. Room Service and HousekeepingRoom service usually fairly prompt in their delivery, but I felt as though I had a lot of hold time waiting for someone to answer the phone.

Never delivered, even after a follow-up call~ sofabed was bowl-shaped~ workout room needs a way for participants to wipe down machines ~ no exhaust in bathroom~ room service needs to check details (example: tator tots are not 'regular fries')~ some staff could have been a bit warmer and more cordialIf this hotel had complimentary wifi throughout and free/validated parking, I'd probably bump it up to a 4 rating.

7. We did notice trays of room service food stayed in the hallway for hours- it is not a big deal it just seemed strange that no one would remove them and it was kind of disgusting.

9. They could use an on-site gift/snack shop- there`s nothing nearby and if you get the munchies your choices are the minibar, the restaurant or room service.
