1. There was another lady at the desk who said other people had said the same thing and she came and gave us a refund for them and we used a machine on a different floor.

2. It`s nitpicky, but the soda in the machines was actually hot and when we went to see if we could get a refund on them, the lady at the front desk was very rude and acted like it wasn`t her problem.
