1. On second thought maybe there was no manager on duty because if there was the staff would have been doing better or at least I would hope.

3. When a couple with children sitting near us asked the manager to intervene and call the police nothing was done about it.

5. However, the biggest issue was the lack of customer service at the lobby bar/restaurant: I asked the bartender about pizza delivery, he recommended some local place, I ordered the pizza for delivery, my wife orders from the restaurant menu, we have 2-3 drinks from the bar, and when my pizza comes, the restaurant/bar manager has the nerve to tell me I cannot eat the pizza in the bar area.

6. We only had an overnight stay, but the manager arranged to open cash and points for me because of extenuating circumstances.
