1. I stay in hotels 3-4 days a week and it is rare to find a hotel that does not have free wireless internet anymore but this is one of the few that don't.

2. Parking fee is $7, internet (hard wire, no wireless at this property) is $10.65 a day and a $14 cheesburger brought to your room ends up costing over $21!$21 for a cheesburger.

3. In the end, although the property was fine, I ended up checking out after one night and moving to one of the other Starwood properties on the same campus which was cheaper, offered wireless and offered that wireless for free.

6. There was free wifi in the Sheraton Link area next to the restaurant, consistent with the Sheraton brand worldwide, finally the restaurant 'Relish' was decent enough for the evening bar food and breakfast that I had the next day.

Never delivered, even after a follow-up call~ sofabed was bowl-shaped~ workout room needs a way for participants to wipe down machines ~ no exhaust in bathroom~ room service needs to check details (example: tator tots are not 'regular fries')~ some staff could have been a bit warmer and more cordialIf this hotel had complimentary wifi throughout and free/validated parking, I'd probably bump it up to a 4 rating.
