3. so I, the maker of the reservations, went in and very politely informed Precious of the issues - mainly the bathtub/shower not being cleaned, the floors and the linens, and told her that it was no particular rush as we were going to leave for a few hours but that we wanted all the fixes complete before we came back to freshen up for dinner.

7. Next morning, trying to shower and get ready, was a nightmare, little tiny shower, no water pressure, digging around our suitcases for things, had to put our toiletries on the FLOOR in the bathroom.
