1. We came back later that afternoon and they did indeed move us to another room on the second floor, with high ceilings, big windows, a dresser and TWO closets, one of them in the bathroom, with shelves.

2. The trip ended and we checked out - arrived home only to realize that we'd left 2 shirts (not haute coture, but still our clothes that we liked and wanted back) hanging in the closet when we left.

4. The room had a king size bed, with posts and netting, beautiful lamps on each night stand, two large comfortable chairs, another large table at the end of the bed, large closet, with iron and ironing board, coffee maker, refrigerator, alarm clock, large jacquizi tub, large shower and it was clean.

7. 17, 2012 and the hotel now charged $150 deposit for incidentals (in case we break something, use of internet-which is not usable in our room, as well as no cell phone service in our room, a safe-not sure if it worked because we did not use it as it sat in the bottom of a closet, and the local phone in the room had NO DIAL TONE).

10. there were rat traps in the halls, no lights in hallways, open courtyard with easy access to non hotel guest, no formal parking (just a dark alley behind the hotel), dirty sheets, broken toilet seats, no batteries in smoke detector, tvs are in the closet, & way to much to describe.
