5. We had great service from both ladies manning the front desk --- Princess was our check in lady and she did a great job of making sure we had all that we needed.

7. 17, 2012 and the hotel now charged $150 deposit for incidentals (in case we break something, use of internet-which is not usable in our room, as well as no cell phone service in our room, a safe-not sure if it worked because we did not use it as it sat in the bottom of a closet, and the local phone in the room had NO DIAL TONE).

8. I have stayed at many different hotels in New Orleans, many with fancy names and flashy lights and of course, flashy price tags, the service was no way near what we got here.
