2. The hotel itself is adorable - a very New Orleans appropriately styled lobby, a courtyard complete with a fountain and tables and chairs, open-air winding side staircases and an attached rear house.

7. Coffee is offered (Community brand, of course) in the lobby and the only smoking is in the courtyard.

8. We had a great balcony to sit on and people watch and although there is no coffee in the room, there is a coffee shop directly across the street and coffee in the lobby.
