1. One of the biggest complaints I have seen on here is lack of amenities but really you are in New Orleans what kind of amenities do you really need.

3. There were some technical glitches (the phone did not work all of the time and the wifi only reached our room on the last day after we had signalled the problem) but the hotel refunded most of the amenity fee and things were fixed.

4. If u want all the amenities of a chain hotel this isn't the hotel for u, but if u want to truly experience the quarter definitely give this place a try.
