1. Not acceptable at all and interesting to be charged a daily amenity fee but not be able to get something basic like a hair dryer.

2. There were some technical glitches (the phone did not work all of the time and the wifi only reached our room on the last day after we had signalled the problem) but the hotel refunded most of the amenity fee and things were fixed.

This is truly a boutique hotel so if you are looking for a hotel with all of the standard boring stuff please go to a holiday inn and dont bother these people with demands but if your looking for old world meets today's amenity's like wireless (mandatory $5.95 per day fee- which we were well informed about this when we made the reservation) and flat screen tvs this is the place for you.

PROs:- great decor hardwood floors- great a shower - amazing locationCons:-SMALL-clean, but really not that clean (shared the bed with a few roaches and the sheets were not even tucked under the bed!)-they charged a sneaky $6 'amenities' fee - though it includes wireless internet but note internet is not free.
