The bathroom is VERY small and no vent or fan makes it very uncomfortable to
shower
/get dressed in the bathroom.

The biggest issues that I experienced were no hot water in the bathroom sink (the
shower
water was just fine) and an air conditioner that started making loud noises in the middle of the night.

I would have overlooked all this had the room been recently updated, but everything seemed tired- the wood on the vanity was peeling away, the
shower
tiles around the faucet appeared partially caved in.

In the bathroom the towel rack couldn't hold a towel up without falling down, and the
shower
curtain was soiled (literally stained).

They neglected to tell us the room was a handicap room so the
shower
head was not an appropriate height for a standing person.
