1. The bathroom is VERY small and no vent or fan makes it very uncomfortable to shower/get dressed in the bathroom.

2. The biggest issues that I experienced were no hot water in the bathroom sink (the shower water was just fine) and an air conditioner that started making loud noises in the middle of the night.

4. I would have overlooked all this had the room been recently updated, but everything seemed tired- the wood on the vanity was peeling away, the shower tiles around the faucet appeared partially caved in.
