1. We went back when we were able to check-in and the front desk staff got us in to our room after putting up a $50 deposit on a seperate card that they said would stay pending until check-out for things like room service or movie rentals, I was unaware of this charge but had no problem putting up the deposit.

3. You can be connected via your room to the restaurant, but be careful they will charge you for the phone call (even though they call it their 'room service')It is one of the more affordable mag mile hotels, however I would pay the few dollars more for a better hotel next time.

10. Although no room service, they do have a coffeshop/cafe attached to the hotel at the lobby level, which came in very handy to grab a coffee and muffin on the go.
