1. After everything was corrected, we did receive good service from the housekeeping staff, bellmen (very good at giving directions to wherever we wanted to go) front desk and bartenders.

9. The location of this hotel is within walking distance for much of Chicago's shopping, dining, sightseeing, etc. It is close to the excellent public transportation services offered by the city.
