1. Bathrooms have wonderful showers and bathtubs (management should consider changing out the old CRT TVs in the bathrooms with small flatscreens--that's the only feature that looks a bit tired).

6. It's a luxury hotel with a luxury price but after being out all day in the heat or cold, I just wanna head to my spacious accommodations, take a nice hot bath/shower and crawl into a comfortable bed with soft, high thread count linen with everything I want or need just a phone call away.
