1. A few shortcomings- none of which detracted from my stay, just some notes:- the wall outlets by the desk had completely come unattached from the wall, so I had to plug my laptop in by the dressing area; the base boards by the desk were really dusty, the bathroom did not have Q-tips (when I called Housekeeping, a lovely attendant came to my room with one of my requested items, but accidentally sent a Sewing kit instead- no problem, I just ran down to the Spa to get this)- I love this hotel & look forward to returning very soon.
