1. It's nice to be able to wander down to the lobby & relax in such a stunning space with amazing food- I have had several servers there, but Eric, Karen & John are all fantastic- personable, warm & very efficient- well done.

8. love the lights all around the room and entry hall that are controlled using settings programmed on the walls- mood or light; the bath tub that you can select what TV channels you want to watch on the wall, the temperature control in the room which is perfect, the gym is amazing, the restaurants and food, the location, the staff.
