6. If you have stayed in NYC you know the rooms are small and not much to write home about this is the same a queen bed, small shower and not much wiggle room BUT the location more than makes up for the lack of space.

9. The size was fine as we were not in the room very much, but the general condition was a bit run down, particularly the bathroom (cracked tiles, missing grout in the shower, and not particularly clean).
