1. The room we stayed in (1329) was small, the bed pretty cramped for American & UK standards and the bathroom was tiny but it was all very clean and room service came daily.

9. 24 hour room service, a decent bar etc. The bar in this hotel is nothing more than a counter right inside the front door beside the reception desk (don't be fooled by the clever photography on the website!).
