1. I liked alot in a general way, people are very helpfull, and you can reserve at the hotel lobby a shuttle for a lot of places, like teather AirPort or tourism spots.

7. The lady on the tour desk mucked up our airport shuttle but I was impressed at how quickly she rectified the situation (she got us a private car with no further expense to us who got us to the airport well on time), so no issue there.

8. The only positive experience was on the very day when I was leaving the hotel when a charming gentleman (who gave me this webside info) and advised me that there is actually a bus shuttle available (no one told me that in the hotel earlier) and who had kindly helped me with the luggage.
