4. Why does a hotel invest so much money in a lobby (nice!), decorated hallways (not as nice) while completely neglecting customers comfort.

5. Please be warned, if you do not know where to go, how to best travel within the city, or whats best to see in a certain area, and you desire a concierge to help with this, then don't waste your money or holiday staying at The Best Western President.
