1. It had paint chipping in the bathroom, small black mold spots in the shower, uneven spackle jobs in bathroom, paint missing off in chunks on the closet bi fold doors,etc.

8. There was a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave, the bathroom was on the small side, a very small shower, but the water was hot and the pressure was great.

9. One thing to note: the bathroom in the room was very poor - a make-shift sliding door, a cracked-tile shower with dingy curtain, etc etc. However, the rest of the room was fine and even had a nice kitchenette and sitting area.
