4. The staff are helpful and friendly and there are perks such as a continental breakfast, entertainment and free cocktails on Tuesdays, no charge local calls, and beach towels.

The service is good quality: Rooms are cleaned everyday, staff are warm and friendly, beach towels are provided free of charge, on Tuesdays they have a Hawaiin cultural afternoon where cocktails and live music is all done free of charge, Coffee and cold water is available free in the lobby and the hotel was kept very nice (christmas lights and all).

Most hotels charge $15 plus a day and not having to spend money on that free's up cash to do what matters most on vacation, sightseeing, great food, etc. All I had to do was ask the counter for an ethernet (probably a 15 foot one at that which is nice if you want to sit outside on the balcony and use your laptop).
