1. As far as location goes - it was a nice spot - easy walk to everything without all the noise.

2. It's within walking distance of cool waikiki shops (pretty much the only reason we'd hang out in waikiki), close to the beach and other nicer beachfront hotels that have lovely bars you can easily walk down to and get a cocktail at sunset.
