1. One of the staffers (I forgot his name but he was very nice!), climbed on top of the roof and got my friend her bathing suit with absolutely no fuss.

2. I would definitely stay here again, please dont expect a Hilton or something, but its clean, up to date (asides the bath tub--but its Waikiki and we're in the islands, whats there to expect) and NICE STAFF.
