1. Room is clean No bath tub, you have to stand in the shower Staff is friendly, they kept my luggages for me for 3 days for free when I traveled to another island Good location, 2 blocks from the beach and shopping center.

7. we had issues with the first room which they offered, its tiny;no privacy;no tub in bath etc. After talking to front desk folks they moved us to better room, but that room also had issues like water not draining properly in tub, water dripping in balcony from above floor, and I never expected 24" inch tv in the hotel rooms.

10. I would definitely stay here again, please dont expect a Hilton or something, but its clean, up to date (asides the bath tub--but its Waikiki and we're in the islands, whats there to expect) and NICE STAFF.
