1. I notified the front desk and requested that housekeeping clean the room and provide new towels.

8. Was given partial view, double beds so was fine with that and went up to room, it was 4pm but room was not cleaned, dirty towels everywhere, tv on etc so called down and was given another room, desk barely said sorry.
