1. Not centrally located and requires walking across the highway but once across, you are in society hill so not so bad.

5. The hotel is in a great location as you can walk to lots of attractions, sites, etc except you have to cross a busy highway.

8. Be aware: the seaport right below is essentially non-existent, and on other side of hotel = front, there is a full highway (I-95) sunken further below.
