2. We were prepared for the self parking fee and the walk from the lot was a little unusual but not as bad as people have mentioned (could be bad if you have a lot of luggage) .

I was also aware of the $10 Wi-Fi fee, but fortunately, my T-Mobile smartphone has a program that allows you to use your smartphone internet service as Wi-Fi access for other devices, so my daughter and I were able to use our laptop and eReader for free, avoiding the need to purchase Wi-Fi access at the hotel.

7. We have learned to circumvent the bigger parking fee by parking a few blocks away in a garage that is $18.
