1. Bathrooms are decent in the room, though, and clean, with the nice Hyatt amenities and the beds are comfortable.

4. Being a Diamond member, usually you have a choice of extra points or a welcome amenity, but since my son wasn't feeling well and the room wasn't quite ready, they front desk man gave us both.

7. Reception is snobby and Hyatt tries to charge for basically every possible amenity that you`d normally get for free at other luxury hotels -- e.g. $25 for a room on a higher floor, late check-out ($50 for an hour, $100 for 3 hours, I have NEVER stayed anywhere that charged for late checkout).
