1. Upon check-in - they ask if you would like your final bill emailed to you.

2. They overdrafted my cousin's bank account when they said that they would use the credit card for verification purposes ONLY and said that they would change the credit card when we checked out to the person who would take care of our bill and they never did.

4. We also choose this hotel because they offered some package deals, we decided to go with the 'sugar' package which included free overnight parking for one car, 20% the bill at the Keatings Restaurant in the hotel plus $10 free reward play cards at the Sugar House Casino for each person staying.

8. So, if you say yes, you do not get a bill under the door (not sure if they do this at all anyway), It has been more that 24 hours and I still do not have an invoice - which I need to file my expenses.

10. Family reunion at the hotel~ surprised to find that keeping the car in the hotel parking lot added $30 to the bill, so I used the lot next door (very close) and paid $17 for 24 hours.
