2. They overdrafted my cousin's bank account when they said that they would use the credit card for verification purposes ONLY and said that they would change the credit card when we checked out to the person who would take care of our bill and they never did.

4. We also choose this hotel because they offered some package deals, we decided to go with the 'sugar' package which included free overnight parking for one car, 20% the bill at the Keatings Restaurant in the hotel plus $10 free reward play cards at the Sugar House Casino for each person staying.

5. She wants to charged my room to my credit card I have given for the parking when I my room charge was billed to my membership in Check in card.

9. So, if you say yes, you do not get a bill under the door (not sure if they do this at all anyway), It has been more that 24 hours and I still do not have an invoice - which I need to file my expenses.

10. We had dinner 'on the deck' Saturday night, and much to our surprise, we had to go to the bar inside to place our orders ~ they delivered the food and silverware, but never told us that we had to close out our checks, so they called our room at 11:20 pm, to ask why we hadn't paid our bill (they asked for room #'s when we ordered).
