A couple hours later a housekeeping person did arrive with a new towel set (both large and small towels), but differently colored (brown) ones apparently from another hotel (Iberville Suites) that shares part of the Ritz Carlton building, explaining that the lack of linens was because the Ritz Carlton was experiencing 'high occupancy' that weekend.

The bathroom was spacious (tub fit myself and my 6'-5' husband), the room was spacious and unlike previous reviewers, I thought housekeeping did a really great job keeping us well stocked with fresh towels, toiletries etc. The bed was very comfy too and I love turn down service when it is done properly, which this was.
