1. (Last I heard it was considered the best hotel spa in the US)I guess what I love most about the New Orleans Ritz is how everyone is treated and the spirit of New Orleans is alive in well in the hotel.

7. Summed up, my opinion is that aside from the Ritz Carlton prices (our four night experience, including spa & meals, came in as an extravagant splurge at just under $2K), this place would probably be more appropriately re-branded and marketed as a nice J.
