1. The rooms have always been clean and well stocked with clean towels, coffee, etc. All the rooms have microwaves & refrigerators.

5. The second room was only slightly better in that I couldn't see any stains, however the new room's towels ALSO HAD PUBIC HAIR EMBEDDED INTO THE FABRIC.

6. While on the one hand, I can appreciate this, on the other hand, after 4 days, it gets to be a bit ridiculous to have 2 body towels, 2 washclothes, and 2 hand towels for each of those days for ONE person in the room.

7. :-( When you put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, you end up with a bag hung on your door handle of towels.
